Terms of service
Effective 26 September 2026. By connecting your YouTube channel to growth-engine, operated by Gama.market, you agree to these terms.
1. What you are authorising
You allow growth-engine to post comment replies on YouTube from your channel, on your behalf, without you reviewing each reply. Replies are written for individual comments on trading videos, reviewed by a person on our team, and posted from connected channels in rotation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, own the channel you connect, and be a member of the Gama.market community who received an invite link from our team.
3. Our commitments
- Every reply is reviewed by a person before posting.
- Each reply answers one specific comment and is not copied across channels.
- We post at most a small number of replies per day from your channel and never more than one reply per video.
- We use the granted permission only to post comment replies. We do not upload, edit, delete or read anything else on your channel.
- We follow the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and YouTube's Community Guidelines.
4. Your rights
You can stop at any time by removing growth-engine at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by emailing us. Posting from your channel stops immediately after revocation. You may delete any reply from your YouTube comment history yourself.
5. Risks you accept
YouTube and video creators may hold, remove or flag comments at their discretion. While we keep replies helpful and low in volume, we cannot guarantee how YouTube's systems treat them. You accept that replies posted from your channel are publicly visible as yours.
6. Our rights
We may disconnect any channel, pause posting, or end the programme at any time without notice.
7. Liability
growth-engine is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Gama.market is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this service, including actions taken by YouTube against a connected channel.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
