Privacy policy
Effective 26 September 2026. This policy explains what growth-engine, operated by Gama.market, collects when you connect your YouTube channel, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Channel identity. Your YouTube channel id, channel name and handle, read once when you connect.
- Authorisation tokens. The OAuth refresh token and short-lived access tokens Google issues so we can post on your behalf. They are stored on our server and are never shown to anyone.
- Activity log. For each reply posted from your channel: the video, the comment replied to, the reply text and the time. This lets us keep daily limits and answer your questions.
We do not collect your email address, your subscriptions, your watch history, your private videos, or anything else from your Google account.
How we use it
- To post comment replies from your channel through the YouTube Data API, after a person on our team has reviewed each reply.
- To refresh access tokens automatically so you do not have to reconnect.
- To enforce limits: a small number of replies per channel per day, and at most one reply per channel per video.
Google API Services
growth-engine's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube API Services and are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone. Data is sent only to Google's YouTube API to post the replies you authorised. Our staff who review replies see the channel name a reply will be posted from, nothing more.
Retention and deletion
Your tokens and channel identity are kept while your channel is connected. When you revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, our next token check fails and your channel is removed from posting. Email vishalthite325@gmail.com to have your record, including the activity log, deleted within 7 days.
Security
Tokens are stored on a single server behind an authenticated dashboard. Access is limited to the operators of the tool.
